No. You can check out as a guest and we'll email you the order link. If you sign in later with the same address, every order you've placed shows up in one place automatically.

Until it goes on the printer, yes — message us with your order number. Once it's printing we can't unprint it, but talk to us and we'll work something out.

Yes. 20 pieces and up gets its own price — party sets, class gifts, corporate orders. Send us the quantity and the date you need it and we'll quote.

Almost always. Send it through the 'Send your design' page and we'll check it for printability — wall thickness, overhangs, whether it needs supports — and come back with a price. We'll tell you if something needs a tweak.

PLA is a plant-based plastic and is what most toys here are printed in. Prints have fine layer lines, so we sand contact surfaces smooth. As with any small object, not for under-3s — small parts.

PLA is stiffer, prints crisper and holds detail better — best for decorative pieces. PETG is tougher and handles heat and being dropped, which is why fidget toys and anything that lives in a school bag gets printed in it.

We stock the colours on the site. If you need a particular shade for an event, ask — we can usually source it, and we'll tell you what it does to the lead time.

2–3 working days island-wide once your print is done. In-stock designs usually ship the next working day after payment clears.

Ask us on WhatsApp. We can, but the postage often costs more than the prints, so we'd rather quote it honestly first.
